Agreement between User and Explorer Tours, LLC

 

This Privacy Policy governs data collection and usage and applies to Explorer Tours, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (the “Company”) and all traffic originating from etoursva.com & explorertoursva.com (the “Site”). For purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Company include the Site. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

 

A.     Collection of Your Personal Information.

In order to better provide you with products and services offered, the Company may collect personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, address, phone number, and email address. If you purchase services or products through the Company, the Site collects billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.
